Created specifically for mums The Breathing Space Program blends breathing science and biomechanics allowing you to tap into your breathing for less stress and more energy, clearer thinking, less reactivity, better digestions, a connection to your intuition and generally stay calm in the s**t storm! 


 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

 

Breath work has the potential to empower us in ways we can not even imagine. This course is a distillation of everything I have leant and practiced over the last 13 years as a Mum and a Breathing Coach. You will be empowered through an understanding of the biomechanics and psychology of breathing combined with a real, practical connection to your own unique breathing pattern. You will be taken through movements to strengthen your core breathing muscles and given a variety of specific breathing techniques to use in any and all situations we find ourselves in as mums!
