This travel is the most comprehensive Wim Hof Method activity available. Spend five days embedded, away from distraction, exploring the limits of your body through the power of your mind.
NOTE--> This is not an ordinary WHM Travel. To begin with, in order to maximise your experience, we are making it a digital detox. This means particpants will be handing in their phones/laptops/tablets upon arrival.
If the thought of doing this worries you, you REALLY need to do it! Trust us, you the impact of the time away will so much more profound.
Provisions will be made to deal with important matters or emergencies. And we will have a photographer with us to register the magic.
The extended immersion allows for in-depth training in a gorgeous natural environment. You rely on each other for the moments where you have to dig deep, and the lasting friendships are often touted as the most rewarding aspect of these trips.

What's the program?
In traditional Wim Hof fashion, we embrace the 'no program program' philosophy! A lot will happen there, and one of the themes of the trip is to always be ready for anything. So we like to keep things open and somewhat mysterious.
Having said that, you can certainly expect:
- To learn new, advanced, breathing and mindset techniques that will blow your mind.
- To have a profound experience that will reveal how powerful you actually are.
- Hikes, swims, climbs, and monkeying around!
- To make meanigful connections with people all over the world who share your values and interests.
- You'll learn how to manipulate your physiology so you are in the driver's seat rather than a passenger.
- Everything you learn will be transferred into your day-to-day life, and you will feel the impact.
What level of difficulty is it?
This trip is for beginners and more advanced Hoffers. The activities we will be doing are interesting for each level, and can be taken to different depths. We make sure that you become familiar with the exercises and can perform them safely.

Where?
We're very happy to announce we will be staying in Przesieka, near Wim's house! This is where most documentaries about him were made. It's where that famous waterfall is!
If you're familiar with Wim Hof's story, you'll recognise this spectacular place. Przesieka is a small village on the foot of the great mountain Sněžka. This will be a raw, and truly authentic, experience.
How do I get there?
We organize a shuttle bus from Prague Airport, where we pick up everyone who is flies in. The bus journey from Prague airport to the location takes about 3 hours. If you come by car you will get the address of the destination from us so you can plan your trip.
Who's leading the expedition?
You will be getting the full attention of 2 of the best and most experienced instructors available. Offcial teacher of the Wim Hof Method who learned from Wim himself:
Daniel Barea - a highly experienced instructor and Behavioural Analyst. He is fascinated by everything related to behaviour, psychology, meditation and specialises in challenging previously assumed beliefs.
Aodhnait Lombart - another top instructor with a degree in Neuroscience. She is an expert in athletic performance, biomechanics and the connection between body and mind. She's pure fire and is going to take this experience to a whole new level!

Who is Wim Hof?Also known as "The Iceman," Wim Hof is a Dutch super-athlete known for his ability to withstand extreme elements - especially extreme cold temperatures. He has set numerous world records for endurance and exposure to cold, including climbing Mount Everest in shorts, running a marathon in the Arctic Circle barefoot, and immersing himself in ice water for record periods - without dropping his body temperature.

What is the Wim Hof Method?The method he developed, the Wim Hof Method, combines cold exposure, breathing techniques, and meditation, and has been proven to improve physical and mental well-being, increase resilience to stress, decrease inflammation, and enhance immune function. Hof has gained widespread attention and has been the subject of documentaries and scientific studies exploring the potential benefits of his techniques.

Is it safe?It is very safe. In almost all instances, you won’t be at any more risk than if you were going to a yoga class. You will be in full control over how much you participate in each activity, and you won’t be asked to do anything that you don't feel prepared for. There are only a few medical conditions that may require special attention, and you’ll be asked to fill out a form beforehand where you will be able to let us know so we can prepare if needed. What if I have a medical condition?In almost all cases, you will be able to attend the retreat despite any medical conditions. However, some of the activities may need to be adapted for you, or in some instances, you may not be able to participate in some of the activities. You will be required to fill out a form before the event where you can let us know if any of the following applies to you: You are epileptic You are pregnant You suffer from any heart conditions Have Type II Raynaud’s Syndrome Have a history of serious mental health issues Any medical conditions you think we should know about If you have any questions, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. I’m curious, but I hate the cold! What should I do?Honestly, just come! So many people have this concern, and then realise they never had to worry in the first place. The experience is not all about getting cold. The ice bath is only a small part of the day, and everything we do is totally optional anyway. What you will learn will have a major positive impact on your life, and you’ll be able to use those principles and techniques to improve many aspects of your physical and mental well-being and health. And who knows, it may also change the way you feel about the cold 😉
