What does a "life-changing experience" mean?
"Life-changing" and "transformative" are two of the words most used by participants after one of these expeditions.

Where?
This is one of our favourite spots: Przesieka, Poland, just around the corner from Wim Hof's house. Whether he'll be there at the time, we don't know! This is where most documentaries about him were made - and where that famous waterfall is!
We will be staying in the lovely Hotel Olympia. This is a location that very much exists because of, and around, Wim Hof and these expeditions. The owners and staff know us well, and are totally used to our rather unusual style (eg. people walking in and out half naked in the depths of winter 😂)!

If you're familiar with Wim Hof's story, you'll recognise this spectacular place. Przesieka is a small village on the foot of the great mountain Sněžka. This will be a raw, and truly authentic, experience.
Who's leading the expedition?
You will be getting the full attention of two of the best and most experienced instructors available. Official teachers of the Wim Hof Method who learned from Wim himself:
Daniel Barea - a highly experienced instructor and Behavioural Analyst. His methodology combines principles from modern psychology, behavioural science and philosophy. He coaches groups and individuals in challenging previously assumed beliefs and reinventing themselves. He is also a teacher of meditation
Aodhnait Lombard - a highly rated top instructor with a degree in Neuroscience. She is an expert in athletic performance, biomechanics and the connection between body and mind. She's pure fire and is going to take this experience to a whole new level!
An extra twist: Digital Detox
NOTE--> This is not an ordinary WHM Travel. It is much more.
In order to maximise your experience, we are making it a digital detox. This means participants will not be using their phones/laptops/tablets during our time there.
If the thought of doing this worries you, you REALLY need to do it! Trust us, you the impact of the time away will so much more profound.
Provisions will be made to deal with important matters or emergencies. And we will have a photographer with us to register the magic.
